Beenie Man's management team, MD Entertainment, last night announced that the artiste will not be performing at this weekend's heavily advertised Two In One performance alongside stage performers Keith 'Shebada' Ramsay and Andrea 'Delcita' Wright.

Stone Love selector Bill Cosby is fuming because of the alleged disrespect that he claims was meted out to him by Corey Todd, the former business partner of Vybz Kartel, inside Club Riddim on Tuesday.

R&B Ne-Yo remixes Mavado's song


R&B singer adds his voice to I Know You Want Me
Mavado has secured a remix with R&B artiste Ne-Yo after the crooner added his style to the singjay's song I Know You Want Me that was released in April last year.

According to the producer of the track, Troyton, he met Ne-Yo in 2006 and remained in contact with him. When Ne-Yo visited the island a few weeks ago to promote his Compound Island weekend, another connection was made.
"Lately, he came back to Jamaica and we made the link again. After they left, I sent them a protools session. Ne-Yo fell in love with the song and he went on it and killed it," Troyton told the star

King of Dancehall Beenie Man gets back his visa














After losing his United States visa last year, dancehall artiste Beenie Man can smile again because it has finally been restored.

Beenie Man was among a group, including Bounty Killer, Mavado, Aidonia and Ricky Trooper, who lost their US visa early last year.

St Andrew businessman Patrick Powell, who has been charged with the killing of 17-year-old Kingston College student Khajeel Mais, was further remanded in the Home Circuit Court yesterday.
He is to return to court on September 16.

Dancehall Artiste Mavado promoter charged


Thirty-three-year-old Gregory Lindo, also known as 'Fox Road', said to be one of the promoters for dancehall artiste David 'Mavado' Brooks, has been charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice and conspiracy.
Lindo was granted $200,000 bail with condition that he reports to the Freeport Police Station in Montego Bay every Wednesday.
